Ginnie Stover:

Ginnie sells these candles wholesale to businesses and at festivals. Over the past 2 years, she has conducted several Candle Making events, using many different types of waxes, scents, and containers. She has found Gel wax is the best type of material to use when teaching people how to make their own candles. Ginnie teaches classes for Tidewater Arts Outreach.
