Our expert chef, Teresa Licato, Culinary Instructor with Healthy Chesapeake, will lead this series of three classes.
Classes in the series:
October 4: Elote- Mexican Street Corn Stuffed Potatoes: Deconstruct the traditional Mexican Street Corn on the Cob and make it into a fun and delicious meal! We will use the traditional ingredients for Elote (or Mexican Street Corn) and make it into a salad that you can fill your freshly baked potatoes with!
October 11: Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo: Create a warm and creamy comfort meal for your family from scratch! Rich and creamy alfredo sauce over fettuccine pasta, with sauteed chicken and roasted garlic broccoli! With just a few ingredients everyone will think you are a pro!
October 18: Fall Sweet Treats: Apple Pie Bites and Pumpkin Swirl Brownies! Let's use some everyday ingredients and impress everyone with this spin on some traditional dishes! You won't want to miss out on these sweet tooth treats just in time for Halloween party fun!
Register for each class individually. Registration will close the Friday before each class.
