Join Michelle Gachette, founder of Business Data Friends in Greater Charlotte, NC, as she draws on 20+ years in libraries, archives, and information management to help small businesses and nonprofits clarify research, data, and operational needs before adopting new technologies. An ALA and AIIP member, she holds a B.A. in History from the University of Virginia and certificates in Archives Administration, Entrepreneurial Librarianship, and Copyediting.
