Healthy Eating series will focus on changing behavior by guiding you in learning and practicing easy and healthy food preparation skills. Changing habits is hard, however; changing behaviors one at a time and repeating the healthy behavior every day will help in improving health outcomes. Classes will include hands-on food preparation and some solutions that might help you manage your eating habits. Elizabeth Gorimani-Mundoma, Food and Consumer Sciences expert, will lead the series of classes.
